The building is located in Sant Antoni de Vilamajor and is owned by l’Orde Hospitalària de Sant Joan de Deu. The building initially had a ground floor with classrooms, offices, dining room and kitchen, and first and second floors intended for common rooms and bathrooms. There was a total of 44 single rooms without bathrooms. The aim of the project was to convert the upper floors into rooms with private bathrooms, and to adapt the building to today's sustainability requirements. The reform has been carried out comprehensively, reinforcing the structure of the building and insulating the facade to create comfortable and user-friendly rooms, with pleasant colours that evoke calm and contemplation of the interior space, as exterior
